Shipping Policy
All shipping addresses must verify or we will not be able to
process the order. For an address to verify, it must either be
listed with the credit card company or listed in the telephone book.
All ground orders will ship within 3 business days.
All Air orders placed after 12:00 EST will ship the following
business day.
We ship to USA
addresses only.
If the shipping address is different than the billing address,
please enter the phone number to the shipping address as the evening
telephone number.
For verification purposes, when shipping to a business location,
please provide the name and main phone number of the company as
listed in the phone book.
We do not ship to addresses with unpublished telephone numbers
unless the address is listed with the credit card as either the
billing or alternate shipping address.
For security purposes, we do not ship to hotels, Mailboxes etc.
type companies or freight forwarding companies.
Any duty charges are the sole
responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept international credit cards, as they cannot be
verified.
International American Express credit cards are accepted as long
as the ship to address is listed with AmEx.
If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you through
email. Please make sure that your email address is valid and entered
correctly, we cannot be held responsible if you do not receive your
messages.
Return Policy
CctvTime.com offers a 14 day return policy on all defective
items.
NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL
original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the
manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and
other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
CctvTime.com strongly recommends you fully insure your return
shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that
can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the
original box and packing it arrived in, notify the carrier
immediately to arrange for an inspection and a pick up of damaged
merchandise.
DEFECTIVE items must be returned directly to CctvTime.com!
within 14 days from the invoice date, at ElecroAccess's discretion for:
credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
After 14 days, all manufacturers' warranties apply. Manufacturers
and distributors do not accept non-defective returns, however
CctvTime.com will attempt to accommodate our customers requests
within 14 days of purchase.
